One of our landmark cases was Rowe vs. BP Amoco Chemical Company, where we secured an unprecedented settlement for Eva Rowe, whose parents were killed in the 2005 BP Texas City refinery explosion. This case led to the release of millions of pages of corporate documents and the introduction of the “Remember The 15” Bill in the Texas Legislature, aimed at improving safety regulations in the petrochemical industry.

Our firm has long supported labor unions, including serving as District Counsel for the United Steelworkers (USW) District 13, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We also provide counsel to the Helicopter Pilots Union (OPEIU).
