Julie Ferraro concentrates her practice in the areas of pharmaceutical litigation, civil litigation and women’s rights cases. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Florida. She worked for the firm Lopez, Hodes, Restaino, Milman & Skikos as a law clerk and an associate after she graduated from New England School of Law. In 2007, Julie joined Brent Coon & Associates. She is an active member of the Firm’s Hormone Replacement Therapy trial team, having participated in numerous depositions and a landmark trial in Little Rock, Arkansas, with Jim Morris of our Austin, Texas office. That trial, the first Federal Court verdict in the HRT litigation, resulted in a nearly $30 Million verdict. Julie has been vital in settling the firm’s Vioxx cases through Merck’s $4.85 billion settlement. She is instrumental in the firm’s women’s safety practice. She represents a number of women who have suffered emotional, physical or sexual abuse. Julie is an active member in the American Association for Justice where she is involved in the Women’s Caucus and she is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Ian McCallister has been practicing for 12 years. He has worked in pursuing claims against Asbestos manufacturers since 2001. Formerly associated with Ashcraft & Gerel, and later with the Boston firm, Pollack & Flanders, Ian has represented hundreds of clients for asbestos, benzene and other occupational toxic exposures. He is highly regarded as one of the New England region’s most knowledgeable lawyers in the asbestos arena. Ian has been married for 10 years, and has two children. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Transnational Law Review. Ian is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York, and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
