Art Gonzalez will be joining the American Association of Justice National College of Advocacy Board of Directors
Brent Coon & Associates is proud to announce that Art Gonzalez will be joining the American Association of Justice National College of Advocacy Board of Directors. Among other responsibilities, the board will be setting the curriculum for the 2010 AAJ Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs. Mr. Gonzalez is the managing partner of the Houston-Pillot office and the National Director of Aviation Law for BCA. He has been a member of the AAJ since 2006.
“The AAJ is an ardent supporter of our legal system and it’s important to have an organization like the AAJ that charges itself with promoting a fair and effective justice system. I’m honored and humbled to be able to sit on the National College of Advocacy Board of Directors and help shape the future direction of this organization.” - Arthur J. Gonzalez
Each year over 700,000 attorneys take CLE to keep up with legal trends and meet state bar requirements. The importance of CLE cannot be understated as it helps ensure that attorneys across the country stay up-to-date on the ever-changing and evolving legal field. Thus, the role the Board of Directors plays in determining the curriculum is vital in maintaining the integrity of the legal system.
